Pie Crust
Ingredients:
- 5 cups flour
- 2½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 lb butter or lard
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- water
Directions:
- Mix first five ingredients to crumble.
- Measure egg, vinegar, and water to fill a total volume of 1 cup. Mix until it coagulates.
- Roll out pie crusts to desired thickness (dough will be moist).
