Foreplay starts with a morning snuggle or kiss.— The Couple Project (@kn8ideas) April 1, 2022
And continues all day with actions that say "I'm thinking of you."
2) Have faith in your spouse.
Have faith in your spouse.— The Couple Project (@kn8ideas) March 31, 2022

It’s hard to get to the gym too but we always feel great leaving. 💪
9) Self reflection is a good thing.
One of the things I’ve been realizing lately is that when I see a trait in someone that I don’t like, it’s usually a negative trait of mine that I haven’t confronted yet— Nick | Sacred Marriages | (@SacredMarriages) March 30, 2022

10) Always pursue your spouse!
