Gravy

Ingredients:

  • roast drippings
  • flour
  • water

Directions:

  1. Drain drippings (from roast, chicken, etc) into saucepan.
  2. Mix 2 cups of cold water and 4 table spoons of flour. Shake until mixed together.
  3. Heat on medium to high.
  4. While heating, slowly add flour water while stirring to avoid flour lumps, continue to add flour water until consistency looks correct. Beware it will continue to thicken as it cooks.
  5. Bring mixture to a boil. Let boil for about a minute.
  6. Pour on to potatoes and enjoy.
