Gravy
Ingredients:
- roast drippings
 - flour
 - water
 
Directions:
- Drain drippings (from roast, chicken, etc) into saucepan.
 - Mix 2 cups of cold water and 4 table spoons of flour. Shake until mixed together.
 - Heat on medium to high.
 - While heating, slowly add flour water while stirring to avoid flour lumps, continue to add flour water until consistency looks correct. Beware it will continue to thicken as it cooks.
 - Bring mixture to a boil. Let boil for about a minute.
 - Pour on to potatoes and enjoy.
