Grasshopper Pie
Ingredients:
- 2¼ cups chocolate crumbs
- ⅓ cups margarine/butter
- 10 cups of Small or 6 heaping cups of large marshmallows (roughly 2 150 g bags)
- 1½ cups milk
- 1 liter cool whip
- 1 tsp peppermint flavouring
- green food color (Optional)
Directions:
- Put a ¼ cup of the chocolate crumbs to the side.
- Mix the melted butter and 2 cups of the chocolate crumbs together, and layer the bottom of the pan with them (No greasing the pan needed).
- Melt the marshmallows and milk in a pot on medium heat make sure to stir, and get the bottom the the pot.
- After their are no clumps and chunks, cut the heat and mix in the cool whip, flavoring, and color.
- After, stir the combination then pour it into the pan on top of the chocolate crumbs.
- Drizzle the ¼ of chocolate crumbs on top.
- Throw into the fridge and let cool for at least 2 hours.
