  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp cinnamon

Frosting ingredients:

  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

  1. Proof yeast. Place warm water, sugar, and yeast in a tall glass and let rise for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Add 4 of the 6 cups of flour with the rest of the dough ingredients and mix.
  3. Add yeast to dough and mix.
